— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Southampton, dated July 14, 1989, which, after a hearing, inter alia, denied the petitioners’ application for permission to construct a walkway and dock on an easement in favor of their property, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mullen, J.), dated January 18, 1990, which annulled its determination and remitted the matter to the appellant for reconsideration.
