The judgment (erroneously designated as an order) confirming certain arbitration awards and denying the petition to vacate the awards should be affirmed.

The awards covered the claims of the parties in connection with and arising out of ‘ ‘ Franchise Agreements ’ ’ for the franchising of the respondents Cunningham and Moyer and their corporations for the use in described territories of the name, selling methods and procedures and certain services of the petitioner in the sale of automobiles and other goods.
