In a single transaction and by the same acts of negligence on the part of the defendant, the plaintiff sustained injury to her person and also damage to her automobile. On March 25, 1926, she brought suit in the municipal court of Atlanta for the damage to her automobile, and on May 18, 1926, recovered therein a verdict for $50. On March 26, 1926, she filed suit in Fulton *440superior court for $15,000 for her alleged personal injuries.
