OPINION AND ORDER
ENRIQUE S. LAMOUTTE, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case came before the Court on May 16, 1989 for a hearing to consider the confirmation of debtor’s chapter 13 plan and the opposition thereto by secured creditor Metropolitana de Prestamos (“Metropolita-na”), and also the motion to lift stay filed by Metropolitana (Index A). Arguments by counsel were heard during the morning and an evidentiary hearing was held during the afternoon.
