The plaintiff secured a verdict for $5,000 for personal injuries resulting from the automobile of the defendant being driven against her on the evening of November 8, 1930, while she was on a State highway. The declaration charges that the automobile at the time was being driven by Marvin Coultrip, a son of the defendant, as the agent of the defendant.
