THRASH, District Judge.
This is a complex race and sex discrimination case brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, and the Equal Protection Clause. It is before the Court on the (1) Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. No. 103]; (2) Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. No. 105]; and (3) Defendants’ Motion to Strike the Affidavit of Thomas Bruns [Doc. No. 119].
