In this diversity case, American International Pictures, Inc., a California corporation, and nine other foreign corporations listed as plaintiffs, sue J. R. Morgan, a resident citizen of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in this federal district court of Mississippi for an accounting and damages in excess of $10,000.
