MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JOSEPH F. BIANCO, District Judge:
In July 2008, a federal jury found Steven Meszaros (hereinafter, “Meszaros”) guilty of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. On April 22, 2009, this Court sentenced Meszaros to a prison term of 151 months. Meszaros, who remains incarcerated, moved pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, correct, or set aside his sentence.
