This is an appeal from an order dismissing the plaintiffs-appellants’ complaint and action with prejudice following the granting of the defendant-appellee’s motion to dismiss or for summary judgment. Plaintiffs-appellants are Katherine G. and Mason E. Seibel and Mason E. Seibel as Temporary Administrator of the Estate of Barbara Kathleen Seibel (hereinafter “appellants”).
