Farmers & Merchants State Bank (“the Bank”) appeals an order of dismissal of this involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding against the alleged debtor, Douglas E. Turner (“Turner”), filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida. See In re Douglas E. Turner, Bankruptcy Case No. 12-31211-KKS.
