On October 22, 2014, Jenine E. Graves filed an Involuntary Petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code against her former employer, Quinto & Wilks, P.C. (“Quinto & Wilks”). The Involuntary Petition was filed by Ms. Graves as a single creditor petition.
