Kristina Fortwangler (Claimant) petitions for review of the May 28, 2014 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which reversed the decision of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) granting Claimant’s petition to reinstate/review compensation benefits and held that Quest Diagnostics (Employer) had not waived its future subrogation *31rights under section 819 of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act).1 We affirm.
