Plaintiff in this matter, Dennis Mario Rivera (“Plaintiff’) brought this action against codefendants Mendez & Compañía (“Mendez”), Heineken, and Luis Alvarez (collectively “Defendants”), seeking redress for alleged acts of copyright infringement and acts in violation of Plaintiffs moral rights.
