MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on (1) defendant’s pro se motion to reduce his sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2); and (2) defendant’s motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The government opposes Mr. Brooks’ Section 3582(c)(2) motion but opposes only part of his Section 2255 motion. 1 For the reasons set forth below, the Court agrees with the government.
