This appeal arises out of four consolidated civil actions. Amick Electric, Mike Barnes Electric, Rich-Ken Electric, and Sebastian Electric (collectively referred to as “defendants” or “the defendant electrical companies”) together appeal from a final order entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri granting summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff below, Local Union No. 257 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (Local 257), and dismissing defendants’ eounterclaim/cross-elaim against Local 257 and the St. Louis…
