DECISION ON MOTION TO REVOKE CONFIRMATION

This controversy between the Chapter XI debtor, Emergency Beacon Corporation (“EBC”) and its creditor, Montmartco, Inc. (“Montmartco”), is but one in a long series of continued feuding which commenced nine years ago when EBC filed with this court its original petition for an arrangement under Chapter XI of the now repealed Bankruptcy Act.
