This is an action to recover delinquent taxes levied upon property assessed to the defendant in the year 1862, under the Revenue Law of 1861 and the amendments thereto. The defendant demurred to the complaint on the ground that it did not state sufficient facts to constitute a cause of action; that the Court had no *163jurisdiction of the subject of the action; that there was a misjoinder of parties; and that it was ambiguous and uncertain.
