The officers and certain members of the New Hope Baptist Church, who are appellants herein, brought this suit against appellees in the chancery court of Chicot county to restrain them from erecting a cotton gin on block 8 of W. Gr. Streett’s Addition to Lake Village near the New Hope Baptist Church and Cemetery alleging that the noise, dust and confusion, resulting from its operation will irreparably injure or damage the church property and annoy and disturb the congregation when conducting religious services.
