OPINION
LARSEN, Justice.
This is a case of first impression in this jurisdiction. It presents the issue of whether “quasi-judicial immunity” *588insulates officials of a state agency from criminal liability and prosecution for the consequences of official agency acts alleged to have been performed by said officials in a wanton, reckless and grossly negligent manner where there are no allegations of corruption or bad faith in their conduct.
