Plaintiff sued for damages from personal injuries claimed to have resulted from defects in a bridge. The declaration sets up that the township had the care and control of it, but does not locate it specifically except as a bridge in a “ public street highway ” in the township.. It turned out on the trial to be a bridge over a mill-race cross*384ing a street in tbe village of Belleville, within the township of Yan Burén.
