I. Introduction

Plaintiffs bring this action against Defendant Tri-Steel Structures, Inc. (TriSteel) to recover a judgment that Plaintiffs obtained against Advanced Framing Systems, Inc. (AFS). Plaintiffs contend that Tri-Steel is a successor to, or the continuation of, of AFS, and that Tri-Steel is thus liable to pay the judgment Plaintiffs obtained against AFS.
