The defendant has been indicted for the crime of perjury, first degree. She demurs to the indictment upon the ground that it does not conform substantially to the requirements of sections 275 and 276 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and upon the further ground that the facts stated therein do not constitute a crime. She also moves for an inspection of the grand jury minutes.
