The National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to Section 10(e), 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(e), of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended (61 Stat. 136, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq.) seeks enforcement of its Order against the respondent Union, its agents and representatives, including the above named individual respondents, to cease and desist from engaging in, or encouraging the employees of any employer (other than the Light Company, the charging party before the Board) to engage in a strike or concerted refusal to perform services with the object of forcing any employer to…
