DIMOND, District Judge.

The plaintiff, as guardian of Arno Liebscher, an insane person, has brought this suit against the Matanuska Valley Farmers Cooperating Association, a corporation, praying for general equitable relief with respect to a lease covering all of the property of the ward, situated in the City of Anchorage, Alaska, made by the former guardian of the person and estate of the ward, James R. Campbell, now deceased. Equitable relief is asked upon several grounds, among them the following:(1) That the lease is absolutely void because it was executed on February 27, 1941, to run for…
