INTRODUCTION
Defendants Redbud Community Hospital District (“Redbud”) and Adventist Health Care (“Adventist”) filed motions for summary judgment as to Plaintiffs’ claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1395dd et seq., the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, (“EMTALA”).
