LIGHTFOOT, Chief Justice.
This suit was brought in the District Court of Hopkins County by appellant, G. S. Kimberly, in his own behalf, and representing 405 other citizens and qualified voters of Hopkins County, for a writ of mandamus to compel the County Commissioners Court of Hopkins County to issue an order for an election under the local option law, to determine whether intoxicating liquors shall be sold in said county.
