Petitioner Wladyslaw Felzcerek petitions for review of an August 8, 1994 decision and order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (the “BIA”) pursuant to § 106(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended (the “INA” or “Act”), 8 U.S.C. § 1105a(a). The BIA dismissed Felzcerek’s appeal from a December 10, 1990 decision and order of Immigration Judge Sydney B. Rosenberg (the “IJ”) that found Felzcerek deportable under § 241(a)(2) of the Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2), 1 because he had overstayed his visitor’s visa, and denied his applications for asylum, withholding of…
