OPINION OF THE COURT
RENDELL, Circuit Judge.
Glory Obianuju Ezeagwuna (“Ms. Obia-nuju”), a citizen of Cameroon, seeks political asylum and withholding of deportation. She claims to have been persecuted because of her membership in two political organizations in Cameroon that represent the interests of the English-speaking minority population. The Immigration Judge (“IJ”) denied her application, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA” or “Board”) dismissed her appeal. The BIA also denied Ms. Obianuju’s motion to supplement the record with four additional pieces of evidence.
