Plaintiff sued to compel the defendant to remove a garage obstructing a driveway claimed by plaintiff on defendant’s land. Plaintiff also claimed damages for the obstruction of the driveway, and for the dx-ipping of water upon his land from the roof of the garage. The district court gave judgment for defendant, rejecting plaintiff’s demands. He has appealed from the judgment.
