Appellant Timothy Michael Walker was convicted of one count of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute over fifty grams of crack cocaine and one count of possessing with intent to distribute over fifty grams of crack cocaine. Due to his two prior felony drug convictions, the Government sought and received an enhanced sentence of a mandatory term of life imprisonment.
