MEMORANDUM OPINION
FRANK R. MONROE, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Court held a hearing on the Debt- or’s Request for Entry of Order of Dismissal of Bankruptcy Case Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 521(i)(2) (“Motion”) on April 18, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. As this is a matter which arises both under Title 11 and in a case under Title 11, this is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(1) and (2). As such, this Court has jurisdiction to enter a final order upon the Debtor’s Motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(a) and (b), 28 U.S.C. § 157(a) and (b)(1), 28 U.S.C. § 151, and the Standing Order of Reference to this Court…
