The plaintiffs have filed this action at law individually, and as members of a class on behalf of all unit *440owners similarly situated of Watergate at Landmark Condominium, against the declarant and developer, West Alexandria Properties, Inc. (West Alexandria), the builder, Majestic Builders Corp. (Majestic), the condominium management company, Polinger Company, the architects, Hollé and Graff, and several individuals, who are or were officers and/or directors of the various corporations or of the condominium association.
