Burns v. Sholl

Ellis N. Burns, one of the appellants, brought an action against Henry P. Sholl et al., to quiet title in plaintiff to lot 8 and west 45 feet of lot 7, block 4, First addition to College. View, Lancaster county, Nebraska. The defendant Sholl filed an answer and cross-petition, praying for foreclosure of a mortgage.
