OPINION
{¶ 1} Paris O. Simpson appeals from his conviction and sentence in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court on charges of felonious assault, aggravated robbery, and murder.
{¶ 2} Simpson advances seven assignments of error on appeal. First, he contends the trial court deprived him of a fair trial by admitting unduly prejudicial pictures into evidence.
