Plaintiff Goldie Blanksteen seeks a preliminary injunction enjoining an election to be held by the defendant New York Mercantile Exchange (“NYMEX”) on March 21, 1995 to select the chairman of its board of directors and to select five of the board’s member directors. The NYMEX board consists of a chairman, a. vice-chairman, fifteen member directors, and five public directors.
