Statement of Case.
Henry Lee Davis died testate on August 10, 1906, leaving three minor daughters, viz., Blanche, Maggie, and Irma. By his will he left his estate to these children, but appointed his brother, W. C. Davis, executor and trustee of his estate, without bond, and directed that no action be taken in the probate court except to probate the will and return an inventory, appraisement, and list of claims.
