CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.
After Zigurds and Mara Teranis filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the trustee, Michael Dubis, filed suit to obtain authority to sell a condominium unit titled in the names of the debtor, Mara Teranis, and her mother, Nina Zarins. Zarins, an 80-year old widow, opposed the trustee, asserting that since she is the only owner and resident of the property, Dubis has no claim to it. The district court disagreed, finding that Teranis did have an interest in the property, and gave Dubis the authority to sell the condominium.
