Embroiled in litigation, Fredric Kisak (“Fred”) executed a quitclaim deed in October 1995 to have his name removed from the title to his parents’ home. Ten months later, he declared bankruptcy. The trustee filed an adversary complaint asserting that in executing the quitclaim deed, Fred had fraudulently transferred an interest in property. See 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(1) (1999); BFP v.
