OPINION GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
SENTER, Chief Judge.
This cause comes before the court on defendants’ motions for summary judgment (1) as to all defendants on the grounds that there was no breach of the underlying contract, (2) as to all individual defendants on the ground of personal immunity of board members for actions taken in their governmental capacity, (3) as to William C. Odom, Jr., because he voted against the proposed termination, and (4) as to Clarence Paul because he was not a member of the board at the time the board voted to terminate the contract. The…
