Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered June 13, 1969, convicting the defendant after a jury trial, is affirmed. There was objection to only some of the prosecutor’s allegedly prejudicial remarks at the trial and no exceptions to the charge with respect to the items raised on this appeal. (Code Crim. Pro., § 420-a.) No item in and of itself nor the totality was such as to render the proceeding unfair in order to bring into play section 527 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for a new trial in the interest of justice.
