This possessory action was brought by W. B. Norton against his neighbor Charles A. Addie as a result of a dispute over the common boundary between their properties in Caddo Parish. Norton claims that the northern boundary of his property is marked by a fence line which has been in place and maintained by himself and his ancestors in title since 1904.…
