WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Dorn B. Holland appeals the district court’s award of summary judgment to Appellee Washington Homes, Inc. Holland claims that Washington Homes discriminated against him and wrong-fully terminated his employment because of his race and his complaints of discrimination.
