This matter is before the Court on the plaintiffs Motion to Reconsider Entry of Partial Summary Judgment. (Doc. 24) The plaintiff has filed a principal brief (Doc. 25) and five supplemental briefs in support of her motion. (Docs.30, 32, 33, 35, 37) Defendants CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSX”), G.A. Owens and C.M. Cooper (collectively, the “CSX defendants”) have filed five briefs in opposition to the plaintiffs motion to reconsider.
