Mike & Mike, Inc. created and owned a recreational development in Towns County, Georgia, for sale or rent as recreational vehicle sites. Robert N. Clay became the majority shareholder and changed the corporate name to Enchanted Valley RV Park Resort, Ltd. (“Developer”), appellant-defendant. On June 1, 1993, the Developer created Enchanted Valley Property Owners Association, Inc. (“Association”).
