INTRODUCTION
THIS MATTER came on for “Advice of Rights” Hearing on September 30, 2005. Defendant was charged with “Obtaining Money by False Pretenses;” “Grand Larceny;” “Fraudulent Claims Against the Government” and “Embezzlement,” in violation of Title 14 V.I.C. §§ 834, 1083, 843 and 1093 respectively.
