Pro se plaintiff Patricia Amberg-Blyskal has sued the Transportation Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security and the United States alleging an unidentified TSA employee stole jewelry from her checked bag on March 3, 2010. Plaintiff alleges that items were stolen from the bag she checked for U.S. Airways flight 3257 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Houston, Texas. Pl.’s Compl. at 3.
