As I feel that the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas for Richland County herein was free from prejudical error, I dissent from the decision of the majority of this Court to reverse that judgment and remand the case for a new trial.

There are only two exceptions before this Court; the first contends that there was error on the part of the trial judge in formally admitting into evidence the small vial containing the eye of the respondent which was removed; the second contends that there was error in permitting “plaintiff’s counsel, over objection, to endorse on a blackboard his own opinion…
