ROBERTS, Justice.

On June 5, 1979, our Superior Court entered an order setting aside the conviction of appellant Arnold Henderson, a juvenile, and remanding for a new trial because of the prosecution’s use at trial of a statement obtained from appellant in violation of this Commonwealth’s “interested adult” rule. 266 Pa.Super. 519, 405 A.2d 940. This Court denied the Commonwealth’s petition for allowance of appeal.
