The complainants filed their bill of complaint in the nature of a creditors’ bill in this court, having for its puripose the reaching of certain assets of the Carver Mercantile Company, a ¡corporation organized under the laws of Montana. This corporation; ¡however, had been disincorporated before this action was commenced by ¡virtue of a decree of the district court of the eighth judicial district of ¡the state of Montana, in and for Park count)’.
