liThis case is before us on a petition for review from a 5-4 decision of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, reversing the Perry County Circuit Court’s order granting Appellee/Cross-Appellant Burton Lee a new trial after a jury returned a verdict in favor of Appellant/Cross-Appellee, W.E.
